There was a variety of furniture but not 1 person asked if we needed any help.... when we asked the price of a recliner the only person that was right there, didn't know! The first time I was there, a young man who was very helpful and eager to assist us. The prices aren't any cheaper than Boscovs which is where we bought our new recliner.

If I could I would give this place 0 stars, placed an order online to pick up in store , go to the store the guy while looking at my phone goes oh yeah we don’t sell this in the store, so that’s why it’s not coming up in our system and it doesn’t even say what store you ordered it from … however it did say the store I was to pick it up at and that I could get it during store hours, he tells me to call customer service so I did they were having technical difficulties and hung up, the associate said “ it’s probably because it’s Sunday “ I didn’t even know what to say… he proceeded to act like he was going to help and then rang me up for the same item I just purchased online that he said they don’t sell in the store and thought I was going to pay again for the purchase. At this point I’m frustrated and annoyed and just left. The whole place is ghetto it was 40 degrees out and the door was wide open, some random dog was in the store with a customer, and ratchet music was playing in the background… I would have been completely okay with all of that had the service been exceptional but it was terrible Update : tried calling for “John” the store manager the associate said he was there, there was a long pause as I was waiting for him to get on the phone so when I realized it was abnormally long I said well can I speak with him the store associate said he’s actually in tomorrow is there something I can help with … I’m just confused at the whole place lol thank god it was only 53$ and not 1,000s … highly DON’T recommend

A+ Experience We had an urgent need to purchase a new gas dryer. After researching brands and availability, I was happy to find a high-quality model at an exceptional value on the American Freight website. Supported by strong reviews of the brand and American Freight, I purchased online and elected to pick up in store. Store Manager John and his team work very hard to load the dryer, however we had miscalculated dimensions, so delivery arrangements were made. The delivery team arrived as scheduled and efficiently and carefully moved the dryer to the laundry room. After the dryer was installed, an issue with the machine was discovered. When notified John immediately resolved the matter to our complete satisfaction. Highly recommend American Freight and will definitely use for future needs. Thank you!

Buyers Beware! Nothing but problems from the get go, with this place. First off, we were there for over 20 minutes and we had to go find someone to help us. When walking up to the counter, the guy was just standing there playing on his phone. After, getting his attention he made it seem like we were a bother. We ended up deciding anyway to get a furniture set. When furniture was to be delivered by 10 to 10:30 am, it never showed up. They claimed the truck was broke, and couldn't deliver it, and that wasn't until after 3 in the afternoon. Upon numerous calls to the store, you got a different story from different people. Because, we needed the furniture I had to find someone to pick it up for me. They then claimed it was sitting on the deck, ready to be picked up. Upon arriving at their location it was not ready to be picked up, and had to be pulled. Again, more hassles and inconvenience. I got charged for delivery fees, and their HAS BEEN no refund, compensation or a call from Management! Stay away from this company.
